Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days upon order receiving. Delivery times for UK customers range from 2-7 business days depending on your location. For our International customers delivery times range from 3-17 business days depending on where in the world you are. Due to the recent events with COVID 19 there are a lot of restrictions imposed on international deliveries especially outside of UK and EU. We are working with the most reliable shipping companies, nevertheless, your parcels may be subject to delays and longer waiting times to give priority to other essential goods. Customers in other countries across the pond, don't be spooked if you don't see your countries among shipping destinations on our website. Get in touch with us and we will try to find the best suitable shipping option for you.  You will receive an email with an estimated delivery date and tracking info after when your order is shipped. We ship via Hermes, Landmark Global, or Royal Mail depending on the best delivery timing and price. Please always check that your address is correct, also an active mobile number is essential for smooth shipping :)

By deliveries to non-European countries, taxes, customs fees or import duties on the purchase you are responsible for, may apply. For precise information about the costs involved, please contact your local government or post office.

Shipping prices vary for each individual product. Please let us know if you wish to order multiple products, combined cost will be significantly lower! We will calculate the price and let you know prior to shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We would be happy to exchange your item without hesitation but if for some reason you want to return it back please read following conditions:

  • SAMPLE SALE items. Because of the nature of those items, unless they arrive damaged, defective or not fitting a description we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ask for more information before placing an order to avoid disappointment.

  • You must notify Pets&Pods immediately or within 7 days after receiving your item if you want to return it.

  • You must return the item directly to us within 14 days. Please email us and we will send you the respective postal address.

  • The item must be in perfect unused condition, or in the same condition it has been delivered to you. Please take a lot of pictures showing the condition of the product. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • You are responsible for postage and shipping if the product is returned, unless the item is faulty.

  • If the item is faulty, take photos of the issues you have discovered and email us so we can provide you with the respective return address.

  • Please send items via a recorded method and keep a tracking number. Pets&Pods is not responsible if products are not received.

  • ALL Pets&Pods products are assembled by us and there's very high standard of workmanship for every item produced. Our furniture is designed for domestic pets ONLY and undergo rigorous testing in our "lab" to guarantee longevity of the items. We do not accept responsibility if the products were damaged due to improper use, neglected or deliberately abused by humans of all ages. Accidents happen and we are happy to look into each individual case to amicably resolve the issue.

  • Every Pets&Pods product is hand checked before shipping but unfortunately items do get damaged in the post. Should you take delivery of any damaged items we would ask that you inform us as soon as possible. Informing of damage should not occur later than 7 days after receipt of products.
