Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days upon receiving your order.

  • For UK customers, delivery times range from 2-7 business days based on your location.

  • International customers can expect delivery times between 3-17 business days, depending on their location.

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with an estimated delivery date and tracking information.

  • We use trusted carriers like Hermes, Landmark Global, or Royal Mail, selecting the best option for timing and cost.

  • Please ensure your address is accurate. Additionally, having an active mobile number is crucial for smooth shipping.

  • For international deliveries, please note that taxes, customs fees, or import duties may apply. Contact your local government or post office for precise cost information.

  • Shipping prices vary for each product. If you plan to order multiple items, combining costs can result in significant savings. We'll calculate the total price and inform you before shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We would be happy to exchange your item without hesitation but if for some reason you want to return it back please read following conditions:

  1. Sample Sale Items: Due to their nature, we can only accept returns or exchanges for sample sale items if they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. Please inquire for more information before placing an order to avoid disappointment.

  2. Notification: Notify Pets&Pods within 7 days of receiving your item if you wish to initiate a return.

  3. Return Period: Return the item directly to us within 14 days. Email us, and we'll provide you with the appropriate postal address.

  4. Condition: The item must be in perfect, unused condition or in the same condition it was delivered to you. Take clear pictures to document the item's condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  5. Postage & Shipping: You are responsible for postage and shipping costs for returned products, unless the item is faulty.

  6. Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, document the issues with photos and email us. We'll provide you with the appropriate return address.

  7. Recorded Method: Send items using a recorded method and keep the tracking number. Pets&Pods is not responsible if products are not received.

  8. Workmanship Standards: All Pets&Pods products undergo rigorous testing and are assembled with a high standard of workmanship. Our furniture is designed for domestic pets only. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged due to improper use, neglect, or deliberate abuse.

  9. Damaged in Transit: While every Pets&Pods product is hand-checked before shipping, occasionally items may get damaged in transit. Please inform us as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after receiving the products.
